Position: Technical Research and Documentation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
• Work closely with technical team to understand the products for documentation
• Organize and write supporting documents for products.
• Select appropriate medium for message or audience such as manuals or videos .
• Gather usability feedback from customers, designers and manufacturers and document them.
• Documents revision when new issues arise.
• Write technical proposals, reports and prepare manuals

Skills

• Excellent writing skills in order to explain technical information clearly.
• Excellent writing skills in Nepali language will be plus point
• Details oriented
• Ability to think about a procedure or product in a way that person without technical experience would think about it.
• Ability to prepare charts and diagrams for technical reports
• Must be able to understand and explain highly technical information. Background in engineering or computer science will be plus point.
• Communication Skills to take complex, technical information and translate it for colleagues  and  consumers who don’t have technical backgrounds. 
• Must be able to work with the team.
