REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

from organizations or consulting firms to produce a “Documentary Film on Civic Engagement”

FHI 360, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking proposals from locally registered organizations or consulting firms to produce a “Documentary Film on Civic Engagement in Democratic Governance” under the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Civil Society: Mutual Accountability Project (CS:MAP). This documentary will be used as a learning and awareness-raising material for citizens, local governments and civil society about how and why citizen engagement should be promoted in different stages of planning and service delivery. 

Interested organizations or consulting firms are requested to submit their proposal based on the guidelines for the submission of proposal. Guidelines for the preparation of proposal can be requested through email: nepal.eoi@fhi360.org or a hard copy can be collected from the FHI 360 Nepal Office, reception desk between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) until November 26, 2018.

Hard copy of application along with electronic copies of all required documents in a CD can be submitted in a sealed envelope with the subject line “Proposal for Documentary Film on Civic Engagement” to FHI 360 Nepal through the following mailing address:

Hand delivered to FHI 360 Nepal’s Country Office located at Anamika Galli, Baluwatar (Reception area, Ground Floor)

Deadline for the submission of proposal is November 30, 2018, 5:00 p.m. (in case of submission through mailing address, sealed envelopes postmarked only before the deadline will be considered). Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
