Details / requirements:

Job Description

  1. Monthly agent evaluation round-off.
  2. Analysis and reporting of key trends seen in terms of floor performance.
  3. Need-based report generation for HOD and senior managers.
  4. Refinement of system for customer care agents and for improved data capture and segregation related to calls received.
  5. Daily true call drop rate representation.
  6. NTA quality/drive test compilation and round off (Quarterly).
  7. Other ad-hoc assignments given to the team on a regular basis.
  8. Consistent contribution in providing insights and recommendations to better quality delivery.
