Mahila Atma nirbharta Kendra (MANK), an NGO based in Sindhupalchok district is implementing Nepal Earthquake Recovery and Reconstruction Program in partnership with OXFAM. MANK has a plan to develop the framework agreement (FWA) from efficient and effective suppliers for timely delivery of Construction/or Hardware Items, fitting's items, and Primer/or Distemper/or Color for housing / WASHprogram. Therefore, MANK requests to all interested suppliers/firms totake part in this invitation.

Instructions for intending to respond and submitting of tenders:

• Filled up tender forms to be submitted in a closed and sealed envelope to MANK office in Sindhupalchok (full address mentioned below)
• Tender document will be issued from 10th September 2018 to 27th September 2018 from below address.
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Sunday to Friday except government holidays.
• The deadline for the submission of the tender document is 28th September 2018 by 4.00 PM.
• The envelope should clearly mark this subject: Tender documents for Framework Agreement for Construction/or Hardware Items, fitting's items, and Primer/or Distemper/or Color for housing / WASH program.
• MANK-NERP/ITB/2018/02 Tender documents will not be received after given deadline.
• Interested suppliers must submit following documentsbefore receiving tender documents (Pack):
• (Company profile, copy of valid company registration certificate, Copy of VAT registration certificate Copy of tax clearance certificate.) 
• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 30th September 2018 at MANK Office, Melamchi-11, Sindhupalchok. Interested suppliers/firms can collect the tender document from MANK Office, Melamchi-11,Sindhupalchok, or through email: mank.sindhu@gmail.com or mank.kamal@gmail.com
• MANK reserves the right to Award either fully or partially of the items. 
• MANK will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the bidders for the preparation of bids.
• Interested Suppliers have to deposit NRs 3000 to purchase tender form. Suppliers have to deposit to Mahila Atma Nirbharta –Nepal bank, Melamchi A/c Number 16800106201415000001
