Google Analytics Expert

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the marketing managers by implementing tracking across all marketing & campaign activity and then analysing & reporting on the effectiveness of the campaigns.
• Analysing, monitoring and reporting on data from our websites to explore customer patterns, behaviour and key trends.
• You will define and implement marketing KPI dashboards and deliver monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight.
• You will have the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and provide context and meaning to the numbers.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in similar role.
• Build and customize Google Analytics and Tag Manager implementations.
• Create reports and dashboards; visualize data for our clients.
• Audit and troubleshoot issues with analytics and tags.
• General understanding of JavaScript.
• Proficient with debugging tools.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing.
• Hands on and implementation experience is a must.
• You’ll be a Google Analytics super user or accredited.
• You’ll have an inquisitive mind and be passionate about analysis.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator with superior verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Experience as a researcher is a benefit.
• Proven experience in utilising data analysis tools and deriving insights from data, whether analytics or qualitative data.

Full Stack Developer

Openings : 3

Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 (Based on Experience)

Skills and Requirements:

• Software development experience in PHP
• Knowledge of the MVC structure and good experience on php frameworks (e.g. Codeigniter, Laravel)
• 2+ years experience with Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) architecture
• Good knowledge of relational databases with ability to design and write raw MySQL queries
• 2+ years demonstrable knowledge of web technologies, output, and languages, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap and jQuery
• Experience with front-end Javascript frameworks such as Angular/React/etc
• Experience with third-party APIs (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon AWS, Stripe, etc)
• Should have a working knowledge of building and implementing RESTful Web Services
• Good understanding of version control (e.g GIT) and concepts like branching, merging and cherry picking

Other skills

• Proficient in english language and excellent communication
• Ability to work individually and with managers and creative teams while involved with the system development life cycle
• Familiar working in the Agile environment and SCRUM methodology
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and cross-platform testing
• Deep understanding of web standards and best practices
• Should have an ability to work under minimal supervision
• Creative and self-managed
• Able to provide suggestions to improve the existing system
