Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling NBIT’s suite of IT products to businesses and organizations. This role demands a proactive sales approach, strong client relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of NBIT’s products and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell NBIT’s IT products and services to new and existing clients.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's technology solutions and communicate their benefits clearly to potential customers.
Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on sales inquiries through cold calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.
Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with company policies to close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline forecasts using CRM tools.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to promote NBIT’s offerings.
Provide customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for technology and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling enterprise-level IT solutions.
Technical certifications or IT background is a plus.
Existing client network in the technology or enterprise space.
