INVITATION TO TENDER Framework Agreement 

For the Procurement of “Hotel & Associated Services”

The Technical Support Cooperation to the School Education Sector (TECSES) project, a five-year initiative supported by the European Union and the Government of Finland and implemented by HY+, hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible service providers for the establishment of a framework agreement for the Procurement of Hotel and Associated Services.

TECSES operates in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), as well as provincial and local governments and universities, with a primary focus on the Karnali, Sudurpashchim, and Madhesh provinces. The project is committed to enhancing teacher education across Nepal, with a strong emphasis on equity and inclusion. The services procured under this framework agreement will be utilized for project-related travel, workshops, meetings, and other official events conducted by TECSES in Nepal.

TECSES is inviting tender to establish a framework agreement for Procurement of “Hotel & Associated Services”.

Interested service providers may obtain the Tender document as follows:

Submission Procedure:

Bids must be submitted in one of the following manners:

Physical Submission: In a sealed envelope, deposited at the TECSES Project Office, Kathmandu.

Electronic Submission: Via the secure email address: bid.tecses@hyplus.fi

Last Date for Bid Submission: Monday, 20 April 2026, 2:00 PM (Nepal Time)

Detailed information is provided in the tender response documents, and interested Service Providers are requested to submit all the required documents along with the Forms To be Submitted by Service Provider.

TECSES project, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid either fully or partially or cancel the whole Tender process without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
