Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), Sarlahi is a Non-Governmental organization working with OXFAM with its financial and technical support. Currently, we are looking for the professional eligible suppliers in Nepal that have enough experiences and capacity in the supply work. If you would like to be a part of the work, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

• Details specification and required quality are described in the TOR which can be collected from the BWSN office at the address given below. Bidders also can download the TOR with this link below.
• Tender document will be issued from 02 July 2026 onwards.
• The deadline for submission of tender documents is before 08 July 2026 05:00 PM.
• Bidder can collect the TOR from BWSN office or download from the link below, but bidder must submit the Tender documents with hard copy. 
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays.
• Any bid received after the closing deadline shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• Bid will be opened after the deadline date in the presence of bidders' representatives the tender opening date will be inform to the bidders later.
• You can bid for single or all of the required items mentioned in the Annex-2 as per your eligibility. 
• BWSN reserves right to award either fully or partially the tenders to different bidders as per requirement.
• BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
