• Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), a non-governmental Organization. Currently BWSN is implementing the “Integrated Emergency Response support to flood affected populations of Gaur Municipality, Madhesh Province, Nepal” project for support the winterization Kits, Hygiene Kits, Dignity Kits and Baby Kits to the needy people (poorest of the poor households) of the Gaur Municipality of Rautahat Districts, Madesh Province. If you would like to be a part of the work, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

• Tender document will be issued from 04 November. 2025 Onwards
• Details Description, specification and required quality are described in the proposals which can be downloaded from the below link or Suppliers/service providers also can have collected from the BWSN office Harion-11, Sarlahi.
• The deadline for submission of tender documents to BWSN is on 10 November 2025 by 5:00 PM. The bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• The tenderer must submit the hard copy of the tender proposal in a sealed envelope at the location prescribed in the TOR.
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays.
• Tender proposals will be opened after the submission deadline, and the opening date will be communicated to the vendors later.
• BWSN reserves right to award either fully or partially of the items to different bidders as per requirement.
• The BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids
