Street Child of Nepal invites bids for “Training Venue and Hotel Services”, for organizing residential/non-residential training, workshops, seminars, events and other activities that require a large indoor space. The contract will be for a period of one year and can be extended further on mutually agreed terms.

About Us

Street Child of Nepal is an international non-governmental organization established in 2015 in Nepal that provides education for children in marginalized rural and urban communities across Nepal. From building schools in earthquakeaffected communities to giving the most marginalized children a chance to go to school, we believe in long-term solutions. We are now working to ensure that no child is forgotten and has access to the learning opportunities that they deserve.

Instruction to Bidders

1.1 Bidders are requested to submit the complete set of bidding documents.

1.2 Each Bidder shall submit only one bid. A Bidder who submits or participates in more than one bid will cause all the proposals with the Bidder’s participation to be disqualified.

1.3 The bidder shall present all the documents as listed in “3. Mandatory Documents Required” along with the following documents for the bids to be considered as complete.

• Declaration Letter
• Bidder’s Information form &
• Price Schedule
• Mandatory Documents Required

1.4 Company Portfolio and references

1.5 Company/Firm Registration Certificate

1.6 PAN/VAT Registration Certificate

1.7 Latest Tax Clearance Certificate

1.8 Audit Report of the last FY

1.9 A brochure showing the hotel rooms, halls, accommodation capacity and so on.

1.10 Bids may be submitted both via email or Hardcopy on or before 23rd April 2024 as per following instructions:
