Good Neighbors International Nepal requires printing & supplying Promotional Materials hence this Bid notice is published to get the competitive firms for the printing & supplying required promotional materials.
Procedures for the submission of bid:
Interested printing presses/suppliers/companies are requested to submit their bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ITB for Printing and Supplying of Promotional Materials (Technical and Financial Bids in Separate Envelopes)” no later than 17:00 hours (Nepal Time) on 4th March 2026 at the following address:

Only shortlisted printing press/supplier/company will be called for further process. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify application with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
Note: Bidders can be bid for one item or multiple items as per their available services and expertise.
