For supplying Promotional Materials
Good Neighbors International (GNI) has been working in Nepal since 2002 for improving the lives of poor people, especially children through child protection, education, income generation, health services, water, sanitation and hygiene, disaster risk reduction/climate change adaptation, and advocacy programs. Currently, GNI Nepal serves marginalized, vulnerable, and poor children, families, and communities in 22 districts across Nepal.
Maternal and Child Health Care Project Mugu is a three-year project that is implementing in one Municipality and three Rural municipalities of Mugu district of Karnali Province from April 2022. The Financial Support of KOICA and technical support from GNI, and KIRDARC have been implementing the project. GNI MCHM hereby invites application from the qualified and experienced suppliers to supply Promotional Materials (Jacket & Cap) for Mugu District.
Procedures for the submission of bid:
Interested and eligible firms/suppliers/company/individuals are requested to submit the bid through email/ courier/hand delivery to Good Neighbors International MCH project office, Gamgadhi Mugu clearly marking the subject with “Bid for Supplying Promotional Materials” by 24 November 2022, 17:00 pm (Nepali Time). Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and only shortlisted firms/suppliers/individuals meeting the compatibility to vehicle supply will be called for further process. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify the application with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
