Good Neighbors Japan (GN Japan) is a member of Good Neighbors International (GNI), an international NGO. GN Japan was registered as a non-profit entity in Osaka in 2004, and moved to Tokyo in 2007. It has been acknowledged by Tokyo City for highly benefiting the public. GN Japan supports eight countries in Asia and Africa providing educational support, medical and health assistance, WASH facilities construction & emergency relief.  GN Japan primarily supports programs in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Cambodia, Indonesia, Kenya, chad, and Ethiopia. However, it has intervened in many emergencies/crises around the world in collaboration with the Government of Japan.

GN Japan has been working in Nepal since 2015 in the areas of wash facilities construction & maintenance, menstrual hygiene management, hygiene education and supporting school children and communities through WASH in School project.

GN Japan is implementing WASH in School Project in Mugu District in a financial support from MOFA Japan. GN Japan hereby invites application from the qualified and experienced suppliers to supply the vehicle on hire for Mugu District.

Procedures for the submission of bid:

Interested and eligible firms/suppliers/company/individuals are requested to submit the bid through email/ courier/hand delivery to Good Neighbors Japan, WASH in School, project office, Gamgadhi Mugu clearly marking the subject with “Bid for Supplying a rental Vehicle with Driver” by 21 Aug 2022, 17:00 pm (Nepali Time). The bid can be submitted by email to: hr.dept.np@gnjp.org

Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and only shortlisted firms/suppliers/individuals meeting the compatibility to vehicle supply will be called for further process. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify the application with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
