Karnali Integrated Rural Development and Research Centre (KIRDARC) Nepal is a leading non-governmental organization committed to promoting human rights, peace, democracy, good governance, social justice, and integrated rural development in Nepal. Established in 1999, KIRDARC Nepal is registered with the District Administration Office (DAO), Jumla, under the prevailing laws of Nepal and is affiliated with the Social Welfare Council.

KIRDARC Nepal has been implementing the NPL SCN Corporate Financing Program in Birendranagar, Surkhet, since 1 April 2026. Under this program, KIRDARC Nepal intends to engage a qualified individual consultant or consultancy firm to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on Emerging Issues of Children, Including Child Protection, in Birendranagar City, Surkhet.

The detailed scope of work, objectives, expected deliverables, required qualifications, and other terms and conditions are provided in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Required Documents

Interested individual consultants/consultancy firms are requested to submit the following documents:

1. Updated CV(s) of the proposed consultant(s)/key personnel.

2. Brief Technical Proposal, including:

• Understanding of the assignment.
• Proposed methodology and approach.
• Key activities and deliverables.
• Tentative work plan and timeline; and
• Evidence of relevant experience in similar assignments.

3. Detailed Financial Proposal, clearly indicating the proposed professional fees and other applicable costs, as relevant.

4. Copies of applicable legal and statutory documents, including:

• PAN/VAT registration certificate.
• Company/firm registration certificate and latest renewal.
• Updated tax clearance certificate.
• Other relevant registration/legal documents, as applicable.

5. Duly completed, signed, and stamped Terms of Reference (ToR), Supplier Code of Conduct, and Self-Declaration Letter.
