Subject: Invitation to bid for Framework Agreement for Emergency Relief Item Supplies

Dear sir/madam,

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit bids for the establishment of non-exclusive Long-term Agreements/Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the supply and delivery of Emergency Relief Supplies, as outlined in the annexes to this Invitation to Bid (ITB). This procurement is being launched for anticipatory and pre-positioning purposes to ensure rapid and efficient response to emergencies affecting vulnerable populations across Nepal.

Please note that the award of a LTAs does not constitute a commitment to purchase, nor does it guarantee the issuance of any Purchase Orders (POs). WVI Nepal will issue POs only when actual needs arise, considering factors such as delivery lead time, pricing, stock availability, and the supplier’s capacity to deliver during emergency situations. WVI Nepal may award the LTAS to one or multiple suppliers, depending on competitiveness, responsiveness, and operational requirements.

The supply of these relief items is critical to ensuring timely support to affected communities during crises. Therefore, WVI Nepal seeks suppliers who can consistently provide quality-assured products at competitive prices, supported by reliable delivery capacity. The resulting LTAs will be established for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension for an additional two (2) years, subject to satisfactory performance and organizational needs.

Your offer, in electronic version, must include:

• Technical documents (company registration, tax clearance, PAN/VAT details, organizational profile, self-declaration letter, list of clients, appreciation/experience letters, and other testimonials); and
• Completed Price Schedule(s) as per the respective package(s).

All bid documents must be submitted no later than 22nd March 2026, by 17:00 hours (Nepal Time), in accordance with the instructions provided in this ITB.

If you are interested in participating, please ensure that your bid is prepared in full compliance with the requirements, procedures, and formats specified in this ITB and submitted before the deadline.

• Duly filled quotations shall be submitted via email to npl_scmbid@wvi.org
• Submission deadline: 22nd  March, 2026 5:00pm. Bids received via any other medium or beyond deadline shall not be considered.
• Please be guided by the attached Terms of Reference [TOR] & annexes while preparing your technical proposal and financial proposal.
