Geruwa Rural Awareness Association in Technical and Financial Support of Terre des hommes has been implementing “Prayaas Project” in Bardiya district. We invite a sealed quotation from interested service providers (individuals, company and firms) for above mentioned services. The required items, quantity, technical specifications, quotation format and ToR can be obtained from Geruwa Rural Awareness Association- offices in Bardiya or through Email: geruwa.bardiya@gmail.com (Contact No. 084-420087, 9868106002). Please mention on the subject the reference of the service and supplies. Interested service providers or suppliers are requested to submit following documents in hard copy to Geruwa Rural Awareness Association- offices in Bardiya no later than 7 days of first day of notice publication.

Required Documents:

• Completed BOQ along with cover and declaration letter addressing date of delivery of equipment and instruments in the respective health care facilities of Bardiya.
• For companies/firms: Company registered documents with updated renewal, tax clearance, VAT registered certificate, company profile and other essential documents should be submitted.
