Invitation of Bids for Procurement of Medical Items in Kailali, Kanchanpur and Bardiya districts of Nepal

Lutheran World Relief (LWR), a U. S. based non-profit development and humanitarian organization, working in Nepal since 2009 is soliciting bid for supply, delivery and Installation of medical items to support local medical health facilities of Nepal Government under Recovery of Covid 19 Affected Communities in Western Nepal (RECOVER) project as stated in the bidding documents within 10 days of this notice published. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and/or inspect the e-bidding documents at the following link:

Bidders need to submit the undermentioned documents in the following address by 24th December 2021 (5:00 PM Nepal Time).

• Duly filled Request for Quotes (RFQ) document.
• Supporting documents mentioned below.
  • Registration certification 
  • PAN Certificate and VAT certificate.
  • Three references from current or previous Suppliers
  • Updated Audit Report (if applicable)

Only short-listed Vendors will be notified for the further processing. LWR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all application without giving any reason whatsoever. Any Bidders attempts to influence by any means during the selection process will lead for disqualification. We strictly discourage to entertain the telephonic inquiries as well.
