INF Nepal is a non-government organization serving since 1952 to Nepali people through health and development work to improve the quality of life of individuals and community.

1. INF Nepal invites Tender from Nepalese eligible registered bidders for the supply and delivery of Materials for DRR Monsoon Preparedness (Tarpaulin, Response Jacket, Response Cap, Whistle, and Laptop).
2. Eligible bidders may obtain Form with Technical Specification and Instructions to Bidders from the link given below or can obtain bidding documents from office INF Nepal, Pokhara-01, Simpani Bagar, Nepal, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application along with the copies of firm registration certificates.
3. Vendors must submit sealed tender with clear tender number to the office INF Nepal Central office, Pokhara-01, Simpani Bagar, by 2083/02/21. Tenders received after this deadline will be not accepted.
4. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures as specified in INF Nepal Procurement Policy and is open to all eligible bidders.
5. The bidder shall submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/ Firm Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2081/082.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting on 2083/02/22 at 3:00 PM at INF Nepal Central Office, Simpani Pokhara- 1, Kaski. The respective bidders will be allowed to see his/her bidding documents only.
7. The bid is a single envelop system and can be evaluated on package/ item wise basis. Eligible bidders may submit the bid for all items or single item. 
8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. If any discrepancies or error seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal.
10. Addition instructions to supplier are included in tender as per annex- Instructions to Bidders. 
11. INF Nepal reserves the right of accept or reject, wholly or partially any or all the Tender without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
12. Eligible Bidders (Suppliers) may obtain further information from the central office of INF Nepal, Pokhara.
13. The sample of the goods are required for the technical assessment.
