Dalit Help Society (DHS) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers/firms for the Supply and Delivery of Health Materials and Equipment for project implementation in Bajhang District.

Delivery Location: Jayaprithivi Municipality and Kedarsyun Rural Municipality, Bajhang

Eligible Bidders

Interested firms/suppliers must:

• Be legally registered in Nepal
• Have valid PAN/VAT registration
• Submit latest tax clearance certificate
• Submit company profile and related supporting documents
• Have experience in supply of similar goods

Submission of Bids

Sealed bids must be submitted to the DHS Office no later than:

Late submissions shall not be accepted.

Bids will be opened on:

in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend.

Important Notes

• Suppliers requested to submit product catelouge of the quoted items for technical evaluation where applicable.
• DHS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• DHS may award contracts to one or multiple suppliers based on organizational best interest.
