Aasaman Nepal (ASN) with the vision of happy and healthy children is currently working in 20 districts of Nepal, irrespective of geographical location. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal with various development themes such as; Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood /Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/Nutrition and Governance.

Aasaman Nepal, in partnership with Mercy Corps Nepal and with the funding support of the Cocacola Foundation, is implementing the Strengthen Anticipatory Action in Nepal (SAAN) Project. This initiative is dedicated to strengthening the resilience of provincial and local governments, as well as disaster-prone communities across Tilathi Koiladi rural municipality in Madhesh Province: The program specifically focuses Strengthen Anticipatory Action in Nepal against the dual threats of floods and extreme heat. By enhancing early warning systems, enabling rapid livelihood recovery, and engaging all levels of the Government of Nepal, the SAAN program aims to drive lasting systemic change.

Under the Strengthen Anticipatory Action in Nepal (SAAN), Aasaman Nepal (ASN) invites sealed bids to select successful bidders for NBS system installation in Tilati Koiladi Rural Municipality, Saptari District.

Interested individuals, firms and companies can collect the Bid Document and further information from on submission of their legal documents to email: procurement@aasamannepal.org.np or from our below mentioned office addresses.

Bid and Place Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM, 20th May 2026 at the office addresses given below.

Notes:

1. Aasaman Nepal will provide bid document without any fee after registration of interest and eligible individuals/firm for the bid.
2. This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ASN, either financial or otherwise. ASN reserves the right to accept or reject of all response without incurring an obligation.
