The Government of Nepal (GoN) and the Government of Switzerland have been implementing SMALL IRRIGATION PROGRAMME (SIP) in Nepal since 2015. Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is providing financial and technical support to the GoN for the implementation of the programme.  

A Joint-Venture (JV) of GEOCE Consultants (P) Ltd., Total Management Services Pvt Ltd. (TMS) and Aviyaan Consulting (P) Ltd, has set up a Project Management and Implementation Support Consultant (PMISC) on behalf of SDC.  The JV invites sealed bids from the eligible and qualified bidders to procure and install MIS server system with Network Attached Storage (NAS) at Ministry of Water Supply, Irrigation and Energy (MoWSIE), Koshi Province.

Last date of Bid Submission: 24 June, 2025 (5:00 PM)

Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee equivalent to 2.5% of the total Bid amount, to be included with the Bid document.

The detail of scope or works, document requirement, eligibility criteria including terms and conditions are mentioned in the Bid document.

Interested bidders are requested to write to sip@sipnepal.org for collection of the bid document. The request letter must include firm registration certificate with renewal, PAN/VAT registration, and the latest tax clearance. The sealed bids should be submitted to:
