The Rural Region and Agroforestry Development Centre (RRAFDC), a non-profit organization based in Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City, Bara, Nepal, established on March 24, 2000, is dedicated to empowering disadvantaged rural communities through sustainable development, livelihood promotion, environmental conservation, education, gender equality, and disaster management. With support from Childaid Network, RRAFDC is implementing the BRAVE Project in Parwanipur Rural Municipality to enhance economic opportunities for marginalized groups, including women, youth, farmers, and returnee migrants, through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and agricultural development. To strengthen the entrepreneurship component, RRAFDC invites applications from qualified and experienced Nepalese citizens for the position of Enterprise Development Facilitator, responsible for mentoring and supporting emerging entrepreneurs and small business owners in the project area.

Details of Announcement:

1. Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) - 01 position

The Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) will coordinate entrepreneurship activities in line with BRAVE Project goals, delivering business skills training, coaching, and technical support to selected entrepreneurs. The EDF will assist with business plan development, startup support, market linkages, and financial literacy (in collaboration with Good Return). The role includes monitoring enterprise progress, organizing follow-up and peer learning sessions, and reporting to the Program Manager while supporting business registration and access to financial services.

Job Location: Based in Parwanipur Rural Municipality, Bara

Academic Qualification: Completion of an 18-month Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) Level 2 course from CTEVT

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise development program with relevant trainings
