Background: Action for Nepal (AF Nepal), registered as a Non-Profit Distributing Company (RNO: 147077/072/073) in Nepal, is dedicated to advancing the development of remote communities by enhancing health, education, and empowering locals to achieve sustainability. As a community-centric organization, AF Nepal remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering healthy and educated communities throughout Nepal. 

With the funding support of Australian Himalayan Foundation, AF Nepal is running Solukhumbu Womens’ Health Project in Mapya Dudhkoshi RM, Solududhkunda Municipality and Mahakulung RM of Solukhumbu district. The project focuses on the following key areas – improving the availability, the quality and the access of reproductive and sexual health services. The project empowers targeted groups and strengthens the capacity of health service providers including FCHVs in coordination and collaboration with Rural Municipalities (RM), wards and district health offices. Through this, the project aims to contribute in creating an enabling environment for improved women’s, and particularly mothers’ health outcomes.

Action for Nepal is seeking a quotation for helicopter services for an upcoming project. We kindly request you to submit your quotation in accordance with the details provided below:

Service Required:

Date: 11 December, 2023 (Monday)

Time: Early Morning 

Duration: 6 hours (Approx.)

Pick-up Location: Kathmandu

Drop-off Location: Jhakribash, Khotang and Khotang to Kathmandu (Round Trip)

Passenger Information:

Number of Passengers: 3 Adults

Passengers' Names and Contact Information: Shall be provided to selected supplier

Additional Requirements:

Any additional services or requirements specific to the helicopter service should be clearly stated in your quotation.

Please include the following information in your quotation:

Total Cost:  Provide a breakdown of all costs, including the base rate, any additional charges or taxes, and any applicable discounts.

Terms and Conditions: Clearly state your payment terms, cancellation policy, and any other relevant terms and conditions.

Helicopter Details: Specify the type of helicopter, its capacity, and any relevant details about the helicopter's safety record or certifications.

Experience and Credentials: Provide information about your company's experience in providing helicopter services and any relevant certifications or licenses.

Documents to be submitted by the company/firms/suppliers:

The application should contain following documents:

a. Company Registration

b. VAT certificate

c. Tax clearance certificate FY 079/80 or Tax clearance extension slip.

Acceptance of quotation:

All rights to accept or reject partially/wholly a quotation, with or without giving any reasons, shall reserve with AFN. If deemed necessary, the company/firms/suppliers shall be asked for modifications

Please submit the sealed quotation along with above documents to address below by 17: 00 hrs, 10th December 2023. Pleas clearly mark in the envelope “Quotation for Helicopter Service”.
