Invitation for Quotation 

 for supplying Water Supply Construction Materials (Fittings) for Kalinchowk and Shailung Rural Municipalities, Dolakha

Community Development Forum (CDF), Nepal, an NGO based in Charikot, Dolakha district is implementing Water Security and WASH Resilience project in partnership with Water Aid Nepal in Kalinchowk & Shailung Rural Municipalities. CDF, Nepal invites sealed quotation from eligible suppliers for the procurement of water supply construction materials (Fittings) as per the CDF procurement policy. Detail information of sealed quotation is as follows:

C. Other terms &conditions and related information

1.   Suppliers are required to submit one sealed envelopes, with all the requireddocuments with the original quotation document clearly written on envelopes the suppliers name and address and package number applied for. 

2.   Eligible suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the quotation documents from the office of Community Development Forum, Nepal, Charikot, Dolakha upon submission of a written application, along with the quotation fees, copy of company/firm registration renewal certificate, PAN/VAT registration certificate, and tax clearance certificate of F/Y 2077/78. Quotation fees can be deposited into the bank account mentioned below.

3.   A quotation bond issued by the “A" class commercial banks with 30 days validity from the date of quotation opening with the specified amount or quotation security amount deposit voucher from the above mentioned bank can be accepted. 

4.   Eligible suppliers may  request  electornic copies of  quotation documents upon  submission of  the deposit voucher for Quotation document and other necessary documents (Firm Registration Certificate/Tax clearance certificate F/Y 077/78& PAN/VAT certificate) from the email address: arunachalpokharel@gmail.com.

5.   Sealed hard copy of quotation must be submitted to the office:

Community Development Forum, Nepal Bhimeshwor-06, Charikot, Dolakha, 

 (On or before 12:00 PM 8th day of quotation publication)

6.   Eligible suppliers requesting electronic copies through email will receive authorised scanned copies from CDF Nepal. They need to download the quotation documents, fill it out precisely and should be submitted the hard copy to the office of CDF Nepal on or before the specified date and time. Submission of sealed quotation through email and courier will not be accepted.

7.   The quotation opening event will be done in the presence of suppliers representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 8th day of quotation publication at the office of CDF Nepal. Quotation will be opened with the presence of those suppliers who are substantially responsive even if the suppliers or their representatives are unable to attend the quotation opening event.

8.   If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the quotation security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of quotation submission.

9.    Selected suppliers are required to supply the materials at the project site of Shailung and Kalinchwok RMs.

10.   Period of material Supply: 30 days from the date of agreement.

11.   Organization revserves the rights to accept or reject the quotation document fully or partially.

12.   The quotation documents received incomplete or without fulfilling required documents and beyond the timeline will not be processed for evaluation.

All other things beyond the notice will be in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
