Karkhana Samuha is a non-governmental organization committed to making innovation in education inclusive and accessible, particularly for communities on the margins, to help build a more equitable society. Our work is grounded in participatory decision-making, co-creation, and Human-Centered Design, guided by our Think, Make, Play, Improve (TMPI) cycle.

To support our programs and operations across Nepal, Karkhana Samuha invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified, experienced, and legally registered vendors/service providers for possible collaboration in the following categories:

Scope of Services:

1. Vehicle Rental Services (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Janakpur, Bardibas, Lahan,Birgunj, Chandrapur,Surkhet,Simara,Paterwa Sugauli ,Hetauda)/ (Bagmati/Madhesh/Karnali Province)
2. ICT Supplies (Laptop, Printer, Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, IT Accessories)(Bagmati Province) (Birgunj/Simara)
3. IT Services (Networking and Technical Support)
4. Insurance Services (Life & Non-Life Insurance)(Bagmati Province)
5. Office Stationeries (Bagmati Province) (Birgunj, Simara)
6. General Kitchen and Cleaning Supplies(Kathmandu & Lalitpur)  (Simara)
7. Design, Printing, and Publication Services (custom prints for t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, notebooks, bottles, cups or other clothing items, or professional printing for brochures, flyers, posters, and more)(Bagmati Province) (Birgunj, Simara)
8. Repair and Maintenance Services (Electrical, UPS, Inverter, Plumbing, Carpentry, Vehicle etc.) (Kathmandu & Lalitpur & Simara & Birgunj)

Eligibility Requirements (minimum):

• Copy of Valid company/firm registration
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration
• TAX clearance certificate
• Relevant experience in the selected service category
• Ability to provide services in Nepal (province-wise where applicable)

Interested vendors are requested to submit an EOI including:

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

• Copy of Firm/Company Registration Certificate (with valid renewal)
• Copy of PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
• Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate (up to Fiscal Year 2081/82)
• Copy of Citizenship Certificate of the Proprietor/Company Head
• Copies of evidence demonstrating service delivery to various organizations/institutions over the last two years (if available)
• Self-declaration stating that the applicant is not blacklisted by any organization or authority

Procedure for Submission

Interested applicants may obtain and submit the required documents within 15 Days  from the date of publication of this notice, no later than 4:00 PM on 2083/03/15

All required documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope by visiting the organization’s office in person, or can be sent via email to procurement@karkhanasamuha.org.np  with the subject line: EOI Submission – [Service Category] – [Vendor Name]
