Centre for Equal Access Development (CEAD) Nepal and Community Development Center (CDC) Doti are partner NGO of WVIN working in child Centered Community Development sector in Doti We are going to jointly procuring the following items through open tender process with having specification and quantity as be below, hence it invites interested Bidders to submit a “Bid” to supply it.

• Interested bidders may obtain a bidding document from 08 December 2023 To 28 December 2023 by upon the submission of email request to: ceadsupplychain3@gmail.com along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, copy of license, tax clearance certificate and business profile.
• All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 12:00 PM on 28 December 2023 in the address given below. Bids will be opened at CEAD Nepal office in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on the same day.
• Samples shall be required as per instructions in the bidding document. Failed bidder to deliver the sample will be disqualified.
• CEAD Nepal And CDC Doti Nepal may establish a one-year long framework agreement with the awarded bidder.
• CEAD and CDC reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this bids as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
• List of previous works of supplying goods during last 3 years (2020, 2021, and 2022) with value not less than 5,000,000 Five Million Nepali Rupee per year. ( Tax clearance of Previous 3 years should be submitted while requesting the bidding document )
