APEIRON is a women-led NGO working for a gender equal society through four main areas of interventions: Gender Based Violence Prevention and Response, Awareness and Education, Income Generation and Institutional Collaboration. It started out as an international NGO with the headquarters in Italy on 2004 and evolved into a national NGO in 2013.

APEIRON fights against prejudice, violence, and inequalities so that women develop skills necessary to support themselves and their families. APEIRON helps women confront uphill battles, gender-based violence, restricted access to and control over resources, low literacy, struggles to obtain citizenship documents, and other social and economic challenges.

APEIRON invites your company to submit bids/tenders for the supply of grocery items based on the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions set forth in this tender document. This bid is intended to enable APEIRON Baluwatar to identify a supplier or suppliers to supply grocery items - APEIRON/TEN/2025/001. This tender describes our current understanding of our needs; however, these needs are subject to change.

Instructions for intending to respond and submitting of tenders

1. Fully completed Tenders must be returned in a sealed envelope in time to reach the APEIRON Office (address on the invitation), no later than 5.00 pm on September 8, 2025.
2. The opening meeting will take place at the APEIRON Office in Baluwatar, and you will be notified after the deadline regarding whether the organization has decided to call the vendor for the opening meeting marked “Grocery - APEIRON/TEN/2025/001”.
3. Tender documents received after the closing may not be considered entirely at the discretion of APEIRON.
4. All bidders’ responses and supporting documentation will become the property of APEIRON and will not be returned.
5. APEIRON reserves the right to select any option or combination of options that best meet its business requirements and to hold discussions with any and all bidders at any time at its absolute discretion without informing other bidders.
6. This tender document is provided for the exclusive use of invited suppliers, and copies shall not be made available to any other party without written consent from APEIRON.
7. APEIRON will not be liable for any costs incurred by Suppliers in the preparation of any offers, documentation, or presentations relating to this tender.

Suppliers should submit any inquiries, responses of intention to bid, clarifications, or requests relating to this tender to the following email address if they have any query. Once the request email is received, the organization will reply in the same email with the necessary bid form details.

Suppliers must not enter into any communications with other APEIRON staff about this tender. Additionally, telephone communication will not be entertained for the same.
