Supply of Inclusive Teaching Learning Materials RRPK

RRPK, established in 2004, stands as a trusted, need-driven NGO in Sarlahi, adeptly addressing community priorities from Inclusive Education, health and disability to livelihoods, gender empowerment, and disaster resilience. With a foundation of experienced professionals, RRPK is committed to empowering communities through sustainable, inclusive development. RRPK are partner NGO of WVIN working in Sikai + Project, Rautahat We are going to procuring the following items through open tender process with having specification and quantity as be below, hence it invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” to supply it.

1. Interested bidders may obtain a bidding document from 03 June 2025 to 11 June 2025 by upon the submission of email request to: procurement.sikai@rrpk.org.np along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, tax clearance certificate and business profile and any others legal documentations.
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 05:00 PM on 11 Jun 2025 in the address given below. Bids will be opened at RRPK office Chandrapur, Rautahat in the presence of the Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 AM on the 12 June 2025.
3. Samples shall be required as per instructions in the bidding document (at least 70% of quoted items). Failed bidder to deliver the sample will be disqualified.
4. RRPK may establish a one-year long framework agreement with the awarded bidder.
5. RRPK reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this bids as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
