Invitation for BID
SNV is a not-for-profit international development organisation that makes a lasting difference in the lives of people living in poverty by helping them raise incomes and access basic services. We focus on three sectors, WASH, Agriculture and Renewable Energy and have long term local presence in over 25 countries worldwide. SNV has been working in Nepal since 1980.
SNV Nepal is implementing Water for Women - COVID-19 New Initiative in one Rural Municipality of each, Dailekh and Sarlahi district. The overall objective of this initiative is to strengthen the capacity of Rural Municipalities for ensuring inclusive WASH infrastructure for all Health Facilities (HFs) in their jurisdiction, as a pre-requisite for improving hygiene and wider infection prevention practices.
SNV Nepal is hiring one contractor for Dailekh district and one for Sarlahi district for construction of inclusive and resilient WASH infrastructure in health care facilities (two HCF in Thantikandh Dailekh & two HCFs in Parsa Sarlahi).
Interested firms can request a Bid Documents by writing to nepal@snv.org with subject line “Bid-document request - Construction of Inclusive and Resilient WASH Infrastructure in Health Care Facilities” before pre-bidding meeting. Also, hard copies of bid document can be collected from SNV Nepal Kathmandu office or Everest Club Dailekh or Rural Women Upliftment Association, Haripur Sarlahi
Bid submission Deadline: 18 February 2021 at 12:00 PM Nepal time.
Pre-Bid meeting: Friday, 12 February 2021 at 11:00 AM Nepal time. The meeting will be done online.
