We are accepting resume and application for our INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER positions based in our Thamel Sales Outlet. Our strategy is to groom these positions into mid-managerial level posts in our Franchising division either working in the field with clients abroad or managing client accounts from our main office here in Nepal. In other words, if you show marketing and leadership skills while working in these training positions you will be promoted to an appropriate management / teaching position abroad. We want you to have a good understanding of our business and therefore would like to interview you in person and inform you about our activities and see if you will fit into our sales managerial training team.
Qualifications:
• MBA/MBS Freshers full time; BA, MA completed part time.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Attractive personality.
• International languages and experience a plus.
• Sales Experience.

Here is an overview of the initial training program we are offering you.
• To Start First: 10 days of candidate evaluation, registration in the office, wardrobe fitting and general orientation, these 10 (half) days are unpaid. If you are accepted through our “BOOT CAMP” Then the training periods start and are paid.
• This is not yet a job and No there will not be an appointment letter; this is the beginning of the due and necessary process to prepare you as a sales and or marketing manager for our very special product for which we are the sole manufacturer and exporter worldwide.
The brut monthly pay, including benefits if selected for Sales Manager Training:
• For the first period of 3 months are paid 200 NRs. per full day ~or~ 111 per half day which includes transportation, food and refreshment;
• if passed to the second period 220 NRs. per full day ~or~ 124 per half day plus certain bonuses;
• if promoted onto Sales Manager training 250 NRs. per full day ~or~ 140 per half day plus certain bonuses, + a bonus at end of the third period;
• for those who manage to pass the Sales Manager exam at the close of the third period will graduate into one of the three managerial trial / proving ground positions in one of our retail points 333 NRs. per full day ~or~ 185 per half day plus certain bonuses plus a % bonus when you pass from one retail point to the next up the line and more benefits for you when and if you might qualify to manage our “Flag Ship Showroom” which pays 384 NRs. per full day including benefits ~or~ 214 per half day plus certain bonuses.
Training Overview:
First period: 3 months of learning the English sales pitch and practicing it on the sales floor with real foreign clients, during this time we will see your level of absorption into a new product and be able to evaluate you communication skills.
Second period: 3 months of practicing the sales pitch and helping new recruits to learn the product story and details; learning to achieve higher monthly sales quotas; familiarization with all systems of the retail point and the staff disciplines.
Third period: 3 months of learning the crafts and management skills of a Retail Point Manager; achieving better monthly sales goals; you will be evaluated on your aptitude to manage others and your interpersonal skills.
Fourth period: 3 months of managing a Home Furnishings retail point in a 3 story building. If you test well and your evaluations are positive then another 3 months of Managing our “Flagship” Fashion Art retail point.
After completing the training program described above, which consists of 4 training and evaluation steps each of 3 months one after the other consecutively over one year uninterrupted ~ you will receive a certificate with a graded test score and performance record evaluation.
This level of training will qualify you for a managerial position working 3 to 6 months in collaboration with one of our franchise partners in India.
Next, back in Nepal, another 3 months of training in one of our production villages and 3 months of another full updating on more advanced points in the sales pitch, communication skills, client psychology and logistics; you will receive a certificate with a graded test score and performance record and be promoted to International Sales Manager.
