International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services.

INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following position, INF Nepal Central Office Pokhara and Green Pastures Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre Pokhara, is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.

1. Internal Auditor

Required Number: 1

Location: Central Office Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is responsible for developing and conducting the INF Nepal Internal Audit program in order to provide good governance within INF by ensuring all accounting and management systems have financial integrity, are transparent, and are compliant with INF Nepal Finance Policies and Procedures, Employment Manual and decisions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Must have a BBS/BBA or semi-qualified CA/ACCA. A candidate who has completed CA/ACCA or has an MBA/MBS with a specialization in Accountancy is an advantage.
  • 3 years’ practical experience performing accounting system procedures and tasks. Experience in internal audits of I/NGOs is an advantage.
  • High level of knowledge of the use of computer systems and spreadsheets (MS excel in particular).
  • Knowledge of taxation law and other relevant laws applicable to the organization.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Mature, able to ensure and demonstrate INF Nepal Values in ones’ work and relationships.
  • Able and willing to travel to remotes areas of projects or offices.

2. Staff Nurse

Required Number: Few

Location: GPH, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The Job holder is responsible for promoting and restoring patients health need in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, provision of direct and qualitative patient care, provision of holistic care as per patients’ needs along with their visitors, documentation, reporting and maintenance of records to facilitate smooth functioning.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and knowledge:

  • Must have PCL Nursing, with registered with Nepal Nursing Council.
  • A minimum of One year of practical experience in a hospital setting.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Skills to use automated and technical equipment.
  • Good computer knowledge with Word, Excel.
  • Must have a pleasing personality and a positive attitude.
  • Follow the doctor’s instructions while maintaining coordination.
  • Practical experience of using hospital software or system is an advantage.
  • Prepare a plan of care as per the patient’s needs.
  • Able to ensure and demonstrate INF Values in work and dealing with others.
