Role Description
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and social security regulations.
- Support organizational restructuring and HR data analytics for decision-making.
- Supervise HR officers or assistants as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, Social Security Fund (SSF) regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and organization policies.
- Collaborate with management to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and execute disciplinary procedures with fairness and transparency.
- Oversee payroll administration, SSF contributions, employee benefits, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor key HR metrics, drive employee engagement, and strengthen retention strategies.
- Lead HR digitalization initiatives and foster continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
- Prepare detailed HR reports and provide analytical insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualification:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,/Master preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication both in Nepali and In English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, SSF, payroll management, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
