Hotel Receptionist
[One Female for day shift and one Male for Night Shift]
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Salary: 17k + [Negotiable]
Openings: 2 [One Female for day shift and one Male for Night Shift]
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Front Office operations, including checks-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complains, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage room allocations, booking modifications, and handle special request.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Assist with budgeting and cons control measures related to the Front Office
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field (Preferred).
- At least 1 years of experience in Front Office operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
