Working Hours: 10:45 am – 9 pm (10.5 hours per day for 6 days a week)

Sector: Hospitality – Philly and Burger Co.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily shop operations (kitchen + front of house)
• Support food preparation and ensure quality & consistency
• Manage stock, inventory, and purchasing
• Handle billing, cash, and daily sales tracking. Record in excel
• Suprvise and coordinate a small team during working shift
• Ensure good customer service and quick issue handling
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth workflow
• Find and select vendors as required
• Support in all areas of the store as required

Skill and Requirement:

• 10+2 with hotel management or BHM or similar
• Ready to help in kitchen and front service as needed
• Basic experience in restaurant / café / fast food preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage a small team and stay organized
• Basic understanding of stock and cash handling
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work in busy hours
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Basic app + microsoft office + internet skill
• Basic written and spoken English
• Must be interested and knowledgeable in hospitality / fast food sector
