Food and Service In-charge
Working Hours: 10:45 am – 9 pm (10.5 hours per day for 6 days a week)
Sector: Hospitality – Philly and Burger Co.
Job Description:
· Oversee daily shop operations (kitchen + front of house)
· Support food preparation and ensure quality & consistency
· Manage stock, inventory, and purchasing
· Handle billing, cash, and daily sales tracking. Record in excel
· Suprvise and coordinate a small team during working shift
· Ensure good customer service and quick issue handling
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth workflow
· Find and select vendors as required
· Support in all areas of the store as required
Skill and Requirement:
· 10+2 with hotel management or BHM or similar
· Ready to help in kitchen and front service as needed
· Basic experience in restaurant / café / fast food preferred
· Good communication and customer handling skills
· Ability to manage a small team and stay organized
· Basic understanding of stock and cash handling
· Reliable, responsible, and able to work in busy hours
· Ability to work in fast paced environment
· Basic app + microsoft office + internet skill
· Basic written and spoken English
· Must be interested and knowledgeable in hospitality / fast food sector
