GRANTS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
This Terms of Reference (ToR) outlines the scope of Grans Management Consultant to provide comprehensive support to RAIN Project consortium on grants management by ensuring and complying with donor requirements, fine tuning the existing grant manual and procedures and ensuring effective grants delivery and uptake. Working closely with civil society organizations (CSO)/community-based organizations (CBOs) and RAIN consortium team members (Consortium Manager, Partnership MANAGER, SAFEGUARDING lead, Consortium Manager, CSN Coordinator, and Adaptation Lead, the consultant will provide technical assistance in grants operations, capacity development and mentorship, designing interventions and grants packages, conducting due diligence, risk assessment and ensuring compliance.
