Flutter App Developer (2 Years Experience or above)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter App Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles, and experience building scalable, high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications while collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Implement responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile UI/UX designs.
• Develop applications following Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Manage application state efficiently using Provider, Bloc, and Cubit.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, sprint planning, and agile development activities.
• Publish, monitor, and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Technical Skills

Flutter & Dart

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Experience building and deploying production-ready mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, rendering, navigation, animations, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with platform-specific integrations for Android and iOS.

State Management

Strong experience with:

• Provider
• Bloc
• Cubit

Ability to evaluate and implement appropriate state management solutions based on project requirements.

Architecture & Code Quality

Strong understanding of:

• Clean Architecture
• SOLID Principles
• Dependency Injection
• Repository Pattern
• MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns

            Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and modular codebases.

API & Data Management

• REST API integration.
• JSON serialization and deserialization.
• Authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Error handling and network optimization.

Local Storage

Experience working with:

• Shared Preferences
• Hive
• SQLite

            Ability to implement offline-first and data persistence solutions.

Performance Optimization

• Application profiling and performance tuning.
• Memory management and optimization.
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Handling network failures and offline scenarios.

Version Control & Development Tools

• Git and Git workflows.
• Experience using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics).
• Experience with push notifications and deep linking.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
