We work with all three levels of government and with civil society nationwide, with a focus on the provinces of Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim.

ADRA Nepal invites applications from qualified and experienced Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

1. Finance Manager

Station: Based in Country Office, Bakhundol, Lalitpur

Duration: Short Term (September to December 2026)

Finance Manager will review day-to-day financial transactions of the project assigned to him/her; coordinate with project staff and implementing partners; review reconciliation statements: Bank, Project Reconcile, and Partner Organization Reconcile; Prepare Monthly Financial Reports of the project and share reports and significant issues with the project team and Finance Administration Director within the required timeframe.

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in business studies or business administration from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, Financial Management, or related areas.
  • Prior experience working on USAID-funded projects and knowledge of Sun System Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance.
  • Good understanding of the laws of Nepal related to taxation and insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams and self-management skills; Self-motivated and capable of managing work independently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Nepali
