Position: Finance Manager

Location: Dhapasi, Kathmandu, Nepal

• Himalayan Bio Kitchen: A restaurant specializing in Nepali cuisine using farm-sourced ingredients from the Himalayan region, offering authentic Nepali flavors.
• Himalayan Bio Products: An outlet selling naturally produced personal care products, essential oils, vegetable oils, food, spices, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations for all three entities, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage and coordinate with accounting personnel across the companies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop financial strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and oversee tax planning and compliance.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Experience in managing finances across multiple business units is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
