Geruwa Rural Awareness Association (GERUWA), Bardiya is a non-profit, non-government community based organization, established in 1991 and currently implementing projects in four districts of Lumbini and Sudurpashim Province. Currently, GERUWA with the support of Plan International Nepal has been implementing Adolescents SRHR Improvement Project in Geruwa Rural Municipality, Thakurbaba, Madhuban, and Barbardiya Municipality of Bardiya district. The goal of the project is to exercise ASRHR with freedom and dignity. Now the GERUWA is looking for the following position based on Thakurbaba Municipality Bardiya district.

Position: Field Supervisor

Required No: 1

Age: Between 21 to 35 years

Type of Exam: Computer based written assessment and Interview

Minimum Academic Qualification and Experiences:

• Health Assistant with at least 1-2 years of experience or CMA/ ANM with at least 2 years of experience or Intermediate level education in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience in WASH/Health/SRHR Project, Strong command in community mobilization.
