Re-Vacancy Announcement

With facilitation and technical support of Youth for Good Governance promoting-YGGP and financial support of CREHPA Nepal, for the “Addressing Barriers in Menstrual Health and Justice” project is being implemented in Ward Nos. 2 to 11 of Panchapuri Municipality and Wards 2 and 4 to 10 of Barahatal Rural Municipality. For this purpose, local female candidates are required for the positions mentioned below. This notice is published to invite applications within 7 days from the date of publication.

1. Position: Field Facilitators - 8 (Female only) - (4 for Panchapuri Municipality and 4 for Barahatal Rural Municipality.
2. Type of Examination: Written test and interview
3. Duration of Service: 5 months (effective from June 1, 2025)
4. Application Deadline: 2082/02/06 by 5:00 PM
5. Salary and Benefits: As per the organization’s approved budget and program
6. Do not submit again those who already submitted in the 1st announcement

Minimum Qualifications and Work Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Education, or a similar field from a recognized educational institution, with at least 1 year of experience.
• Facilitation skills on training, orientation and sessions at the community and ward level
• Capability in program and plan formulation, budget implementation, and field-related activities
• Knowledge, skills, and experience in implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on project activities
• Experience in coordination, collaboration, mobilization of local resources, training management, and facilitation at the local level
• Ability to work in coordination with the local government and relevant stakeholders
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
• Field facilitators must be able to work and travel within their assigned area; local women will be given priority and encourage to apply for the vacancy.

1.
