Expression of Interest for Vendor Listing 2083/84

1. Call for Proposals

dZi Foundation invites qualified firms / supplier / company / consultants / service providers to provide various goods and services for Fiscal year 2083/84. Vendors/service providers interested in being listed in the vendor roster are requested to submit their Expression of Interest.

1. Stationery/Office Supplies: Printer Paper, Cartridges & Toners refill, and Office Supplies, fire extinguishers and other general items.
2. Grocery Supplies: Cleaning Supplies, Pantry/Kitchen supplies and Other Grocery Supplies. 
3. Supply of Office equipment & IT Hardware: Laptop, Printer, LCD projector, Photocopy Machine, Toner/Cartridge, Screen, Phones, and Office/ICT Equipment, Office Electrical device.
4. Furniture and Furnishing Fixtures: Supply of various furniture items. 
5. General Repair & Maintenance Services: Electricity, Solar System and Battery, Plumbing, Sewage, Carpentry, ICT Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC) Computer, Phone, Photocopy, Printer, 
6. Vehicle/Motorcycle repair & Maintenance Services: Vehicle / Motorcycle maintenance and Servicing with spare parts, tyres and tubes.
7. Food & Accommodation: Hotel Services for Non/Residential programs, Catering, and food service (lunch pack), Restaurant inside Kathmandu Valley as well as in Sunsari, Khotang, Udayapur, Saptari, Sindhuli
8. Air Ticketing: International & Domestic Ticketing
9. Vehicle Rental / Driver Service: Travel and Transportation – Sunsari, Khotang, Udayapur, Saptari, Sindhuli, Driver Service inside and outside Kathmandu valley
10. Printing, designing: Printing, publishing, and designing works. 
11. Advertisement: Services (online & print), Audio/Video/Text broadcasting. 
12. Office promotional items: Supply of promotional items such as bag, jacket, T-shirt, mug, souvenir, pen, note/books, and other promotional materials.
13. Media Services: Production, and broadcasting of various forms of audio-video materials through radio, television, print and electronic media outlets.
14. Legal Services: Advice, government- including SWC- related regulatory compliances, AML/CFT issues, labor and employment regulation and taxation issues. 
15. Insurance Service Provider: Medical, accidental, vehicle, assets, travel insurance
16. Security Guard services: Supply of security guard
17. Courier Service: National & International

2. Submission Requirements

Interested Nepali firms / supplier / company / consultants / service providers can submit their EOI with: (1) company profile, (2) copy of valid company registration certificate, (3) copy of VAT/PAN registered certificate, and (4) latest tax clearance documents along with (5) the fully filled Vendor Listing Form
