In Nepal, ADRA has been a trusted development partner for over 35 years, with expertise in health, livelihoods, education, and disaster risk management. We work with all three levels of government and with civil society nationwide, with a focus on the provinces of Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim.

In this context, ADRA Nepal is currently updating the list of suppliers and Consultants for various goods and services/ works. ADRA Nepal invites applications from interested and eligible suppliers, professionals willing to supply following goods and services.

ADRA-NEPAL invites “Expression of Interest” (EoI) along with relevant services detail.

Location- Madesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbani and Suderpachim Province

1. Vehicle Hiring services- Kathmandu Valley and surrounding, Mohattari, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Chitwan, Pokhara, Banke, Bardiya, Nagarkot and Dhulikhel

2. Air Ticketing- Domestic/International and Facilitation on visa processing.

3. ICT Supplies- (Computer, Laptop, Printer, Mobile phones, Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and other IT accessories)

4. IT services- (Repair & Maintenance and Networking)

5. Insurance- Medical Health Insurance and property insurance.

6. Furniture and furnishings- Office Chairs, Table, Cupboard, sofa covers, Curtains etc)

7. Office Supplies- Stationeries and Consumables.

8. Printing and publications- (Banners, Visiting Card, Notebook, Pen, Annual report, T-shirts, Cap, Bags etc.)

9. Maintenance- (Carpentry, Plumbing, Water supply, Electrical maintenance, Solar Backups and generators).

10. Hotel Services- meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation for inside Kathmandu Valley and outside Kathmandu valley; Mohattari, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Chitwan, Pokhara, Banke, Bardiya,  Nagarkot, Surkhet, Dhading, Dhangadhi and Dhulikhel

Must submit following document:

• Application letter
• Company profile no more than 3 pages
• Experience letters
• CVs of key person for Consultancy including list of clients
• Reference details
• Company registration,
• VAT/PAN registration
• Tax clearance certificate FY 2080/081

Note:

• Application will not be accepted if the documents are not renewed till FY 2080-81. N/A for Individual
• ADRA Nepal is updating vendors/suppliers list with proven experience in the above-listed goods/services.
• This is not a request for quotation, but a request for enrolment into the ADRA Nepal Vendor Roster.
• All applicants will be subject to a supplier screening and verification process conducted by ADRA Nepal.
• Preference will be given to suppliers who meet environmental and sustainability standards.
• Please indicate if you are a past supplier or previously associated with ADRA Nepal. Note that past suppliers must also complete the full eligibility process.
• To prevent or clarify any conflict of interest, kindly inform ADRA Nepal if you have any personal or professional connection with current ADRA Nepal  staff.
• All qualified companies will be included in the roster. ADRA Nepal will contact relevant suppliers for quotations as needed during 2025/2027, based on specific service requirements.
