Tuki Association Sunkoshi (TUKI) is a member-based, non-governmental, non-profit making organization registered in the District Administration Office, Sindhuplachowk, in 1992 and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC). Tuki has been working with and for children in the area of education, child protection, people with disability, social security and gender equality for social justice.

Tuki Association Sunkoshi (TUKI) is implementing "Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School" (PGESS) Project in twelve schools of Sunkoshi RM of Sindhupalchok district with financial and technical support of ChildFund Japan.

Tuki is seeking interested and eligible Expert individual Consultant, Consultancy company and Firms and/or their joint ventures registered in Nepal under government rules and regulations to conduct various trainings of Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School Project.

The consultant will work in collaboration with the Tuki team throughout the processes. Prospective candidates are expected to have expertise in training module designing, facilitation in the area of requested training with professional report writing skills.

1. SRGBV training to SMC & PTA
2. Positive Discipline training for teachers
3. Training for students on reporting mechanisms
4. Peer-to-Peer counselling training for child club
5. Training for Project staffs
6. Training on positive parenting
7. Regular Training in schools-BoysGirls
8. Training to CRC members
9. Counselling Training for teachers
10. Training to District-RM-Ward stakeholder
11. Training to local media on SRGBV and ethical reporting of children's issues
12. Workshop to review formulate RM, Ward, and school level gender policies

Eligible consultants/firms/company/individual may submit an EoI/Proposal fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in the eligibility sections as outlined in the ToR.
