Expression of Interest (EOI) for Vendor Roster Enrollment (2026–2027)

Nepal Applied Math and Informatics Institute for Research (NAAMII)

1. Background

NAAMII is a multidisciplinary center of excellence advancing cutting‑edge research in artificial intelligence, applied mathematics, and informatics. It integrates research, education, and innovation to build scientific capacity and democratize AI for impact in Nepal and beyond.

To ensure efficient and timely procurement of goods and services, NAAMII invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors, service providers, and firms for inclusion in its Vendor Roster for the period 2026–2027.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this EOI is to:

• Establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors and service providers
• Ensure transparent, competitive, and efficient procurement
• Enable quick procurement response for program and operational needs

4. Eligibility Criteria

Interested vendors/service providers must:

• Legally registered in Nepal or internationally (for international services)
• Demonstrate technical and operational capacity in relevant category
• Maintain compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Follow ethical, environmental, and safeguarding standards

5. Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following:

• Application letter
• Company profile 
• Company registration certificate
• Latest tax clearance certificate
• Vendor registration filled form [Link of Form: EOI- Vendor Roster Enrollment (2026-2027) – Fill in form]
• Price list/Value added services or any other offer along Services/goods.

6. Important Notes

• Documents must be valid and updated up to Fiscal Year 2081/82
• This EOI is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• All applicants will undergo screening and verification
• Preference may be given to vendors with environment-friendly practices
• Vendors must disclose any conflict of interest with NAAMII staff
• Existing or past vendors must also reapply

7. Roster Management

• All qualified vendors will be included in the NAAMII roster
• NAAMII will request quotations as and when required
• Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee contract award
