Expression of Interest (EoI) for the consultancy services

LIFE Nepal is implementing a project called “Inclusive Climate Resilient Community Development Project in Nepal (IRDCN)” in partnership with CBM Global Disability Inclusion. The project focused on people with disabilities and their families for their socio-economic empowerments, promote their participation and engagement with governments and other social structures and collaborate with local government for joint efforts. A total of 1,500 people with all types of impairments will be reached through the Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID) approach that promotes Disability Inclusive Development (DID). The IRDCN project has planned to develop of Inclusive Local Disaster and Climate Resilience Plan (LDCRP) of Aurahi Rural Municipality, Dhanusha. The LDCRP will be a key document and tool for the local government to build disability inclusive disaster resilience and safety of communities and to deliver an appropriate and timely response to disasters. LIFE Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from qualified individuals/ firms/companies (Registered in PAN/VAT) to develop the LDCRP at Palika level. 

1. Consultancy Services: 

• Develop Disability Inclusive LDCRP of Aurahi Rural Municipality, Dhanusha district 

2. Application Procedure:

Consultancy firms or individuals are required to submit the following documents:

• Company profile with the valid company registration certificate
• Letter of interest for consultancy service.
• Curriculum Vita of consultant with at least two professional references
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificates
• Tax clearance certificate (For company only)
• A Sample copy of LDCRP that was facilitated by company or individual 
• Technical and financial proposal along with application letter with clearly mentioning consultancy service in subject

Interested candidates or consultancy firms are requested to submit/send documents to irdcnproject.lifenepal@gmail.com by July 22, 2024, no later than 5 PM.

Only short-listed NGOs/firms/consultant will be notified for the further detailed organizational assessment process. LIFE Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all application without giving any reason whatsoever. Attempt to influence by any means during the selection process will lead to disqualification.
