Preservation of Environment and Social Welfare Association of Nepal (PESWAN) is a non-governmental organization working in Kanchanpur district. With the partnership of Plan International Nepal, PESWAN is implementing the project -Resilient Future- Ending Child Marriage in Nepal. 

PESWAN requests Expression of Interest (EoI) from the consultancy firms, individuals or organization for Consultancy Service to facilitate and deliver Technical and  Business Skill Development Training in Bhimdatt and Dodhara Chadani Municipality of Kanchanpur district. The objectives of the consultancy are as follow: 

• To enhance participants’ technical knowledge and practical skills in selected trades.
• To build participants’ capacity in market analysis, value addition, pricing, and business planning.
• To promote climate-resilient, sustainable, and commercially viable farming practices.
• To link production skills with market opportunities for income generation.

Basic eligibility criteria:

The consultant/firm having following criteria are considered to be eligible for apply:

• At least Bachelor’s degree (preferable Master’s degree) in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness,  Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in providing technical agricultural and livestock trainings.
• Demonstrated experience in market system development and agribusiness training.
• Experience working with farmers’ groups and well versed with rural communities specially in the context of Kanchapur district’s Dodhara Chandani and Bhimdatta Municipality. 
• Strong facilitation and report writing skills in Nepali and English

Applicants should submit PAN/VAT registration and CV for all and Tax clearance certificate, company/ firms registration certificate, audit report in case of company, firms and organization and other relevant documents along with the proposals.
