Background

Street Child is a non-profit organization established in 2008 that aims to support children living in vulnerable settings to ensure they have access to education, including the estimated 250 million school-age children worldwide who do not attend school. Street Child works to ensure children are safe, in school, and learning - even, and especially, in low resource environments and emergencies.

Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) SCoN invites qualified firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be included in the Annual Vendor Roster for Fiscal Year 2083/84 in the following categories:

• Office Stationery
• Hotel Services (workshops, conferences, accommodation)
• Office Furniture and Furnishings
• IT Equipment Supply, Repair, and Maintenance (laptops, printers, cartridges, other IT accessories)
• IT Services (networking, repair & maintenance)
• Publication Design Services
• Consultancy Services (report writing, translation—English & Nepali, editing, interpretation)
• Merchandise (bags, pens, diaries, T-shirts, tokens)
• Printing Services
• Media Services
• Documentary / Photography / Videography
• Vehicle Hiring
• Air Ticketing
• General Maintenance (plumbing, water supply, electrical, furniture repair & maintenance)

How to Apply:

Interested parties should submit the application form available at: Registration Form-SC.pdf

Submit completed applications and required documents by 26 Shrawan 2083 either:

• By email to operations.nepal@street-child.org with the subject line: “EOI for Annual Vendor Registration FY 2083/84”; or
• As hard copies delivered to SCoN Office, Thasikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.

Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered for enlistment in the annual vendor roster.
