Position Title: District Manager – 7 Position (one in each District)    

Position Organization Overview

Reaek is  a startup registered private organization set up to organize an real estate professional for their development and develop a transparent market for easy digital access for the public as well as the professionals. Fair opportunities to the professional, organize them for their further development. This is an initiation of a Nonresident Nepali to try replicate the recognized international system for the product and services. This is stepped to form a public limited with a good number of ownerships to the professional and limited number to the employees. 

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Temporary to Hire based on performance
• Duty Station: District level 
• Working Modality: Full-time regular hours 
• Opening Positions: 7 District In charge/Manager 

Salary: NPR – 40,000 plus minus 20,000 on the startup and situation per month (commensurate with experience)

Location: one on each District preferred from the district within the proximity of District headquarters. 

Koshi Province- Jhapa, Sunsari & Morang . Madhesh Province : Saptari, Sirha, Dhanusha, Mahottatri, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara  &  Parsa 

Bagmati Province: Kathamandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur & Kahhre ; Gandaki Province : Kaski & Nawalpur ;

 Lumbini Province :  Parasi, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Dang, Banke & Bardiya, Karnali Province : Surkhet   and Sudurpachim Province  : Kailai and Kanchanpur 

Optional Expectation: expected one from male or female and one from marginalized group and it is opportunities to the grow up in new start up with some risk may exits everywhere never knows.  

Key Responsibilities

• Make a database of the targeted professional group and make rapport relation with them, screen they are qualified professional and initiate to sign up online signing the document. 
• Seek the product service sign the agreement with client and upload in the website under the professional supervision as his/her product to sell of the service with a fee
• Discuss the service, fees modality with the company guidelines 
• Have sale the product and close the deal with and collect the fees 
• Designing the guidelines of operation and modality get approval from the board 
• Maintain the documentation of the software download and keep the record safely for the audit 
• Supervisors and mentors keep eye on the activities physically as well in the software get feedback be an information officer to the public and media 
• Train guide to the computer literate or illiterate professionals and even clients, physical or online training 
• They are mostly available in the district liaison with local and District government and agencies 
• Assist in hiring the district manager and make it revenue generation center and prepare the periodical budget and implement
• As per need of the company for the better service and return as needed 

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelors with experience /master’s degrees or Intermediate and engaged in marketing and public relations (Computer professional, business.  finance, management and professional accountants like Chartered accountants).
• Strong leadership, self-initiative, and adaptability to a startup environment. Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of independent work. Good written and spoken communication skills in Nepali and reasonable English and preferred working local languages 
• Fast Nepali typing (Romanized Nepali preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.
• Access to a personal laptop computer and reliable internet. Own and operate 2 wheelers, laptop and cell phone available for the company work
• Ability to work extra time as needed in the field 
• Strong commitment to ethics, transparency, and national development. 
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू

•     लक्षित पेसाकर्मीहरूको समूहको तथ्याङ्क (डेटाबेस) तयार पार्ने र उनीहरूसँग राम्रो सम्बन्ध स्थापित गर्ने।

•     उनीहरू योग्य पेसाकर्मी हुन् वा होइनन् भनी जाँच (screen) गर्ने र आवश्यक कागजातहरूमा अनलाइन हस्ताक्षर गराई आबद्धता प्रक्रिया सुरु गर्ने। •   सेवा वा उत्पादनसम्बन्धी सम्झौता तयार गरी ग्राहकसँग हस्ताक्षर गर्ने र शुल्क लिएर बिक्री गर्नका लागि व्यावसायिक सुपरिवेक्षणमा वेबसाइटमा अपलोड गर्ने।

•     कम्पनीको निर्देशिका बमोजिम सेवा र शुल्कको ढाँचाबारे छलफल गर्ने।

•     उत्पादन वा सेवा बिक्री गरी सम्झौता टुंग्याउने र शुल्क संकलन गर्ने।

•     सफ्टवेयर डाउनलोडसम्बन्धी कागजातहरू व्यवस्थित गर्ने र लेखापरीक्षण (अडिट) का लागि सुरक्षित रूपमा अभिलेख राख्ने।

•     सुपरभाइजर र मेन्टरहरूले भौतिक रूपमा तथा सफ्टवेयरमार्फत गतिविधिहरूको निगरानी गर्ने, प्रतिक्रिया (फिडब्याक) लिने तथा सर्वसाधारण र सञ्चारमाध्यमका लागि सूचना अधिकारीको भूमिका निर्वाह गर्ने।

•     कम्प्युटरको ज्ञान भएका वा नभएका पेशेवरहरू तथा ग्राहकहरूलाई भौतिक वा अनलाइन माध्यमबाट तालिम तथा मार्गदर्शन प्रदान गर्ने।

•     यी पदहरू प्रायः स्थानीय तथा जिल्ला सरकार र निकायहरूसँग समन्वय गरी जिल्ला स्तरमा काम गर्नुपर्ने प्रकृतिका हुन्छन्।

•     जिल्ला प्रबन्धक (District Manager) को नियुक्तिमा सहयोग गर्ने, सम्बन्धित एकाइलाई राजस्व आर्जन गर्ने केन्द्रको रूपमा विकास गर्ने तथा आवधिक बजेट तयार गरी कार्यान्वयन गर्ने जिम्मेवारी रहनेछ।

•     कम्पनीको आवश्यकता अनुसार उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रवाह र प्रतिफल सुनिश्चित गर्नुपर्नेछ।

आवश्यक योग्यता तथा सीपहरू

•     स्नातक तह उत्तीर्ण (अनुभवसहित) वा स्नातकोत्तर तह, वा इन्टरमिडिएट (प्रवीणता प्रमाणपत्र तह) उत्तीर्ण भई मार्केटिङ र जनसम्पर्कको क्षेत्रमा संलग्न (कम्प्युटर, व्यवसाय, वित्त, व्यवस्थापन वा चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट जस्ता पेसागत लेखापाल)।

•     बलियो नेतृत्व क्षमता, स्व-पहल गर्ने बानी र 'स्टार्टअप' (नयाँ उद्यम) को वातावरणमा घुलमिल हुन सक्ने क्षमता। स्व-प्रेरित, विश्लेषणात्मक सोच भएको र स्वतन्त्र रूपमा काम गर्न सक्ने। नेपाली भाषामा राम्रो लिखित तथा मौखिक सञ्चार सीप, अंग्रेजी भाषाको सामान्य ज्ञान र स्थानीय भाषाको ज्ञान भएमा प्राथमिकता दिइनेछ।

•     द्रुत गतिमा नेपाली टाइपिङ गर्न सक्ने (रोमानाइज्ड नेपाली टाइपिङलाई प्राथमिकता दिइनेछ)।
