About the Role
We are a finance, accounting, and operations consultancy supporting boutique retail and service businesses in the Kathmandu Valley. We help our clients build operational discipline through outsourced supervision, HR compliance, and process advisory.
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance across multiple communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying appropriate solutions or escalating complex matters to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in the company’s systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and seamless service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to confirm that issues have been resolved satisfactorily and to strengthen customer relationships.
- Meet established service standards, response times, and performance targets while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to management to support continuous improvement in products and services.
- Uphold confidentiality, comply with company policies, and represent the organization with integrity and professionalism in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or client relations will be considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: NPR 13,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Performance bonus: tied to report timeliness, observation accuracy, issue closure rate, and client retention.
• Statutory benefits as per Nepal Labour Act — SSF, leave entitlements, festival allowance, gratuity.
