Job Description

Seto Pixel is hiring motivated candidates for the position of Sales Associate. This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in sales, marketing, client communication, and computer-related products or services. The selected candidates will assist in promoting services through social media, handling client communication, contacting potential international customers, and maintaining sales records using Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Promoting computer-related services through social media platforms.
• Handling client inquiries professionally through calls, messages, emails, and online platforms.
• Performing cold calling, messaging, and email outreach to international clients.
• Communicating with potential customers and explaining products or services clearly.
• Following up with leads and maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Managing and updating the sales pipeline using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Recording customer details, follow-up status, and sales progress accurately.
• Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Building good relationships with clients and maintaining professional communication.

Job Specification

• Required Education Level: Higher Secondary (+2 / A Levels / IB)
• Required Experience: Not Required (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
• Required Age: Less than 25 years

Other Specifications

• Education: Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor's degree completed or running will be an added advantage.
• Experience: No previous experience required; freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Training: Full training will be provided.
• Required Skills: Good English communication, basic computer knowledge, MS Word, Microsoft Excel,

Google Sheets, and online tools.

• Key Abilities: Client handling, social media marketing, phone/message/email communication, leadfollow-up, and sales record management.
• Personal Qualities: Confident, willing to learn, punctual, disciplined, positive attitude, and able to work in a team.
